  Senator  Steve Frank,  Co-chair,  convened  the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 9:05 a.m.

  In addition to  Co-chair Frank, Senators Kelly,  Rieger, and                 
  Sharp were present.  Co-chair Pearce arrived  soon after the                 
  meeting  began, and  Senator Kerttula arrived  as it  was in                 
  progress.  Senator Jacko did not attend.
